After going back and forth for the disposition, Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) offered an amendment to remove the arrangement together with Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA) on Monday.

Blackburn originally opposed the provision, but it is about to be an agreement with Cruz on the weekend that shortly the ban proposed from 10 years to five. Blackburn then pulled his support for the arrangement entirely on Monday.

The vote of the Senate 99-1 to strip the moratorium AI.
