“We put people in the first place,” Franklin said to Techcrunch, finished latex, who started adopting more artificial intelligence and automation.

Although some companies are advertising the IA as a way to replace a huge number of workers, some technological leaders speak more openly about the importance of affecting a balance in their companies: retaining human employees while they increase them with the absences of AI and “A Sxsw London, Franklin, Franklin has said that human workers could seem to be a good short -term idea for the costs of savings on costs, but this movement could not. be attractive for customers.

“It is important to ask you:” You are building for the success of the AI before [or are] Are you building for the success of people and your customers before? “He said, adding that trust is the most important currency that every founder or startup company has and that building confidence with consumers is fundamental.
